"The location was convenient to the Kaiser hospital. It is a very blue collar Inn with many construction workers staying there. The poor service was due to under staffing in the cleaning department. I went a few days w/o my room getting refreshed and a lack of coffee pkts. (which were often unusable cuz the bags were glued to the outside pkg. The front office was always as helpful as they could be."

It was a pretty basic no frills experience for over $150 per night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location worked great for us. "
