"We have stayed here many times. This was by far the most disappointing stay. Mainly, the complimentary breakfast. It was simply, awful. It opens 7am-10am. We arrived at 8am: two hard and stale pancakes, no scrambled eggs, no yogurt, one banana, no bagels, no hardboiled eggs. These were all things we've enjoyed & appreciated int he past. What a let down."

"The first bedroom I entered was poorly lit and a bit shabby, but tolerable. However, the tub and shower area of the bathroom was shockingly unclean with built-up soap scum, dirt from feet, and possibly mold. The light switch was cracked and stained, and the tissue dispenser in the wall was rusty. The walls apparently used to have wallpaper and the residual wallpaper paste was never removed. They were crudely painted over, making the rough patches look like mold. There were holes in the closet...

"There was something either chemical or organic in Room 214. Both my sister and I experience severe vertigo, headaches and general feeling of not feeling well. When we left the building the first day, we felt better. The second night the above mentioned symptoms worsened. The second morning, after the leaving the building, we both didn't recover as well. We decided to forfeit the 3rd night and go home. We are still both having problems with vertigo. I'm having more severe vertigo. Neither of us...

"The room was nice and clean, looks like they are doing some loving care to the place. Heat worked great. Only issue we had was we could t connect to the wifi. I was going to ask about it but did t want to bother anyone. And we were only there for the night. "

"Everything was great. A minor complaint was the lack of soap. We got one bar of soap and one mini bottle of shampoo and that was it for two adults. So we had to use the same bar of soap to wash our hands at the sink and then bring it into the shower to wash up. No conditioner provided. Just one bottle of shampoo. Just seems like such a silly thing to cheap out on. Room was small but very clean. Smelled clean. Breakfast was a bonus. Just had to wait since only one waffle maker in a very small...

"The front desk office was locked. Temperatures were near freezing. After calling to notify them I was there to checkin, i still had to wait 10 mins in the cold. When I finally got to my room, it smelled horrible. The lighting in the room was subpar. There was nowhere to hang my clothes. My friends I was visiting refused to let me stay there. I stayed at the hotel for maximum 2 hours to shower and change. It was a storage room for my belongings. "
