"It was clean with friendly staff. The breakfast was nice. There were a couple minor things broken in the room but it didn’t really impede our stay. It’s a convenient location to the highway with a couple restaurants but the driveway to get in is in an awkward place in the middle of an intersection. The area didn’t feel the safest to walk around but I didn’t feel unsafe at the hotel. "

"We stayed here for three nights. We have family nearby and were attending a wedding. We were really impressed with this hotel. Very comfortable and everything was clean. It is attached to the mall which was really great. You can get into the mall without going outside."

"Hotel was dated a bit with pool located off lobby which caused some humidity. Room was larger than expected with great TV. Bathroom was clean but had broken shower curtain rod. Fridge leaked and was slippery. Breakfast buffet was poor. "

"I found the property overall to be clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed to have to search form floor to floor to find an ice machine that worked. West & Main restaurant a block away was very good. The Underground Lounge downstairs was lots of fun. I was not impressed with the breakfast. The fruit should have been tossed days ago."

"Staff was kind, breakfast was above average, many choices. Pretty clean and room was nice. The Art Deco style is pretty enjoyable to look at as well."

"For the price I though Hotel will have breakfast include but no, for $160 the night in Youngstown Downtown at least breakfast for free in the Hotel not the Restaurant will be nice… "

"The hotel was the closest hotel to the Avalon Grand Resort. For being in a Home Depot parking lot it’s conveniently located by food and coffee with plenty of parking. Amenities were clean for lack of staffing. Needs some updating due as outlets with USB’s were broken or not working in room. Overall would stay there again."

"Excellent breakfast with accommodating staff everywhere. Room was as desired with good tv options. The existence of just one elevator requires a little patience at times."
