The units are all newer and well maintained. The beds and furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen has a good mix of utensils and silverware. Plenty of plates, bowls and cups. There is access to a paved walkway that crosses Cedar City and goes up the Canyon. There is a City Park just west of the units. We stayed overnight with our widowed daughter and were all very comfortable

Clean, comfy and great view!

Very clean, nice decor. Quiet area but do see lots of walkers on trail; nearby park and playground good for kids. Beds comfortable. Love sitting on back patio listening to creek rushing water and looking out at red rock mountain. Easy walk to great food/ a few shops. Attentive owner responds quickly to questions.

Wonderful stay

Our accommodations were wonderful! This is the second time staying in the same unit. The host was very responsive. The unit is laid out nicely and perfect for 2 couples. Great to have a kitchen and washer/dryer, even for the 2 days we stayed. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The Black Sheep units are fantastic; located right next to a walking trail, the accommodation couldn’t have been better. Clean, equipped and near Main St, access to nearby trails is great.

Perfect Location, Great for Work and Play

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The walking path behind the house was perfect for our morning jogs and afternoon walks. Also able to walk (about a mile) to downtown Cedar City to some great restaurants. Centro Woodfired Pizza was delicious, there is also a winery across the street from the pizza place I would recommend. The condo is close to great site seeing as well - went to Bryce and Zion. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Black Sheep Inn. Perfect location to visit the national parks. Wonderful and peaceful home nestled at the foothills, yet convenient to everything. We enjoyed relaxing outside after a long day of hiking. We'll definitely be back!

The property was beautiful and a great location for a SUU football game. The place was nicely decorated with little touches of comfort that felt like home away from home; fresh loaf of bread, comfortable beds with cozy linens, wash cloths specifically for makeup, laundry and dishwasher pods provided.
