Enjoy gorgeous mountain views from large picture windows in this new stylish and comfy studio apartment above a private garage that was custom crafted to look like an old barn. Access to garage parking and private entrance. Quiet upscale neighborhood in the south hills of Cedar City minutes away from mountain trails, shopping and entertainment. Custom trim, cabinets, tile and furnishings. Well-stocked small kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, etc. Comfortable king-size bed.

The perfect property!

If you are visiting Cedar City and need a place to stay this is it! In a very nice neighborhood easy access with a garage to park your car. Newly built clean and everything you need.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay. Everything was just perfect and so cozy and comfortable. It checked all our boxes. The bed was comfortable- and the shower was great! We loved having washer and dryer in the room and the garage area as well. We went to both Zion, Bryce National parks and cedar break from our lodging here. Our hosts were wonderful! Highly recommend it.

Absolutely perfect

Absolutely perfect! A very thoughtfully appointed (had everything we needed including spices and tea and such) cozy but plenty of space. Very peaceful and quiet. Great view of the mountains. And a garage to pull in and organize which came in very handy as there was a surprise snow storm. If I could give it more stars I would. Hosts were very responsive and never intrusive. My husband and I loved our three nights there and would definitely return.

Just about perfect

Great owner communication. Super comfy bed; well appointed space to relax; all the accoutrements to make a stay enjoyable, our own private GARAGE, close proximity to downtown Cedar City and I15. If you are in planning to visit Cedar City really can't beat this place. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice!

We had a stay. Very clean and comfortable place. I wouldn’t recommend anyone sleep on the couch over 3ft tall. The bed is huge and super comfy though!

This property and the property owners are exceptional! It's centrally located to all the National Parks. It's a very nice, safe and clean neighborhood. Checked all the boxes! Would highly recommend this property! You'll not be disappointed.

An amazing place ! Beautifully decorated, very clean and stocked with everything needed. Great location -close to restaurants and grocery store. Within driving distance to both Bryce and Zion National parks. Host was very helpful

Extremely comfortable, beautiful garage apartment

The apartment was everything we needed. The king size bed was so comfortable and the sheets and pillows , top of the line. In fact, I want those pillows and will be asking Shem where to get them. The shower was so nice and the kitchen was well outfitted. The location was good for getting to many beautiful National Parks and monuments. We has a wonderful stay.

Little Gem in Cedar City!

We needed a place to stay during the Utah Summer Games. Hotels were mostly booked and the available rooms were eithe dives, or very expensive. We found this wonderful gem, and booked, for a great price. The place was spotless, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The host was fantastic! We would highly recommend this listing.
