  • This is a 1,232 square foot, 3 bed/2 bath townhome. It is a clean and comfortable place to rest after a long day of playing, traveling or exploring.
    Two small dogs allowed, NO cats!
    Pet Fee $100. Be sure to include dogs, if any, when booking.
    Close to bowling, movie theatre/arcade, parks, sports fields, wedding venues, golf course and 3 miles from SUU.

    **Shaun’s place is great. It is exceedingly clean and well supplied with anything you may need for a trip. He was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts we have encountered. We will look for it as our first option when we come back to Cedar City.

Shaun communicated frequently with us and was very quick to respond. There was a big storm that went through town while we were there and Shaun took the extra step to check on us. Five stars all the way.

This was one of our favorite places we have stayed at!!! It was very charming, cozy and had everything we needed to cook and eat, even seasonings! The nieghborhood felt very safe and the decor made it feel even morevacation-y. We loved the proximity to Brian Head and Zion, we got to go snowboarding and off roading the same day! We will definitely book here again!

Clean and Roomy Place!

My husband, two dogs, and I stayed here and loved it!! They have a fenced back yard which our dogs enjoyed and we loved the cleanliness of the place. Their kitchen was stocked which was nice since we ended up cooking some meals there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home in Cedar City

We enjoyed our stay here at this property. Very clean, and exactly as pictured and described. Home is also dog friendly, we brought our 2 dogs with us and they loved playing in the grass in the backyard. We would stay again.

The house is clean and well stocked. Love the coffee pods! It has great ac. This is our second time here. We attend the Shakespeare festival. It is a ten minute drive to the festival. Also, it’s dog friendly.

Escape from the hot Las Vegas weather!

Our goal was to escape the hot desert weather, have a place that our dogs could enjoy (grass and a fence were a great extra!), revisit Bryce Canyon, Zion and stop at places along the way. This house was perfect for us! Furniture was comfortable, house was clean and they had everything that you would need in the kitchen (not that I cooked). Shaun & Michelle were very nice

Comfortable/Highly recommend

The house was extremely comfortable and they had extras like snacks, toiletries and coffee. The kitchen was well supplied so we where able to cook meals. The whole experience was good. We watched an incredible firework show from the front yard. We are definitely going to staying here on our next trip to Cedar City.

Great place and dog friendly!

Great place to stay! Everything was well stocked and prepared our visit. Loved the little touches like kcups and makeup mirrors. The yard was great for our dogs and it was nice to sit on the patio to relax with them. The hosts were so nice and easy to get in touch with. There wasn’t one thing that we lacked. Many thanks to the Hunt family - wonderful experience!

Wonderful stay in Cedar City

We returned to stay at this great pet-friendly house with a yard for our dogs. It’s well maintained and has all the comforts of home including games! Communication is outstanding. We were sent a message when there was a chance of a weather related power outage by the owners.

Felt like home

This home had everything we needed. The owner was so thoughtful to supply so many kitchen and bathroom necessities and even extra treats. There were even things for dogs... if you have them. Totally recommend!
