Aspectos positivos: Limpieza y instalaciones y estado del alojamiento
The staff was great, the room was large and comfortable. The bed linens, fluffy pillows and plush towels made the stay enjoyable.
There were a couple things that could have made it better… the amenities included hot tub, and pool, but both were over run with kids. The hot tub small and completely full. I understand the young ones like to have pool time, but it was so loud and so out of control and there should be something for the adults… Maybe an hour of adults time only in the hot tub or a separate area for adults were after our long day on the slopes they can have a soak in the hot tub. .
The other criticism is just that when you walk into the lobby, there is a menu for the restaurant sitting there… And we made reservations thinking it was supposed to snow several inches and we didn’t want to drive anywhere but we’re under the impression that the restaurant was in the same building which it was not. That should be made clear also. .
Otherwise, we had a very nice stay and would consider coming back, especially if they made some arrangements for some adult hot tub time after skiing…
