Very nice villa with infinity pool, sea view, harbor, Cavalaire

  • In a green setting, stay in our pretty air-conditioned Provençal villa of 150m2 with unobstructed views of the sea and the port of Cavalaire.

    The house, renovated and decorated with care, was built with old materials, which gives it all its charm.

    You can have an aperitif on the submerged beach of the infinity pool, heated from mid-May to mid-September.
    Salt filtration allows for better disinfection while being gentler on the skin, eyes and hair.
    Lunch under the pergolas will offer you another superb view of the sea. Having your coffee in the garden furniture, under a covered terrace will allow you to shelter from the sun, before relaxing on a deckchair.

    The house has numerous outdoor spaces with different sea views, but just as charming and exotic.
    You will have the choice between two garden furniture rooms, one sheltered from the sun, the other on the wooden terrace with sun loungers. The different levels and terraces give it an exceptional charm.

    The pétanque court allows you to share moments with family or friends.

    Each double bedroom has its own renovated bathroom and a French window opening onto its terrace with sea view. Cupboards in all the bedrooms have wardrobes, shelves and mini-bars.

    A change of scenery guaranteed in a cocooning atmosphere with an incredible view...

    Closed garage with one parking space, plus one covered parking space under the dining area terrace.

    Free shuttle at the foot of the house, running from July 14 to August 15
    3 bedrooms with 180cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds that can be combined into 1 180x200 bed

    End of stay cleaning (up to 14 days) obligatory €300
    End of stay cleaning (from 14 to 28 days) obligatory €380
    Optional:
    - rental of household linen (sheets and towels) on request, to be specified at least 1 week before your arrival, €40/room. In this case your beds will be made upon your arrival.
    - heating of the swimming pool from mid-April to mid-May and from mid-September to the end of September : €150 per week (There is no guarantee of a minimum temperature, this depends on climatic conditions)
    - Dogs are accepted after request and validation from the host, no immediate reservation. Cleaning supplement €50 per stay

La maison est exactement comme sur les photos – très bien entretenue et agréable. L’emplacement est magnifique et parfait pour un séjour reposant. Un grand merci aux hôtes, Marie et Sandrine, toujours disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et très serviables. Nous nous sommes sentis parfaitement à l’aise et nous reviendrions avec plaisir !Das Haus war genauso wie auf den Fotos beschrieben – sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Die Lage ist wunderschön und perfekt für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberinnen Marie und Sandrine: Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a fantastic week at the villa. The view from the terrace and the pool area was incredible looking out over the bay. While it was quite rustic inside, the villa was very charming and had all of the facilities that we needed. It was a steep walk up from the beach but that was worth it for the fantastic view. Thank you Marie for a great week and we would love to come back at some point in the future!

Lovely villa, built into the landscape offering beautiful views. The beach is c.15 minute walk, but be prepared for a steep walk (we had two under 3s with us). Communication with host was great and Sandrine was very helpful.

Very nice location and view, authentic house

We had a really good experience in this vacation house, the house had a very authentic style and the swimming pool is great (love the view on the sea). The harbor which is just a few km away has some really nice places to go to in the evenings.

Vacances de rêve

Notre famille de 6 personnes a passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette villa de très haut standing où il ne manquait de rien. Avec son emplacement préféré, sa piscine et son ameublement de bon goût la villa sait impressionner. Nous aurons envie d’y retourner en tout cas: 100% recommandation!

Nice house. Perfect location.

We had a very nice holiday with children and grandchildren in a perfect house with all necessary equipment and a wonderful pool with jacutsi. Cavaliere is a small cozy Town with nice restaurants and a very long beach on the Mediterranean shore. We can warmly recommened this house and resort Cavaliere Sur Mer.

Beautiful villa with great views

It’s a lovely villa in a great location with great views. Only gripes is that we paid a compulsory cleaning fee on arrival but the villa wasn’t clean. To the extent that there was old food on the microwave, discarded false fingernails on one of the bedside units, the fridge wasn’t clean, clothing tags in the wardrobes, toothpaste around the sink. The interior of the villa is tired which wouldn’t be a problem but we couldn’t see any evidence of any cleaning so to pay a cleaning fee was a bit of a joke. We didn’t let it dampen our spirits.

Wonderful house with regional individual character

We had a great 8-day vaccation together with our three adult children and partners. The house was perfect as each of the four rooms have separate bathrooms. The variety of spaces is just awesome. Outside: hanging out on the patio next to the nice infinity pool, big table for dining at the back of the house including gaz barbecue and additional private terrasses at each room. The pool has a very nice design and is very well maintained. You can just spend time in the pool enjoying the fantastic view on the sea and the Bay of Cavalaire. The different plants around the house fit perfectly to the regional style of the house. Inside: nicely designed spacious living, dining, room and kitchen. All rooms are nicely individually furnished and offer enough space for clothes etc. Beds and matrazes are fine and not soft. In the garage: washing machine and a dryer, we did not have to use because of sunny weather. Therefore there are enough clothes drying racks available. We liked the dishes and glasses in a more of sufficient amount. The kitchen offers everything you need, you just have to find it in the drawers and cupboards. Of course there is a big dish washer, too. A broken coffee machine was replaced immediately! If you like to take short walks: get your fresh baguette and croissant down and up in 20 minutes. We enjoyed our stay very much and are already planning our next stay.
