GULF OF ST TROPEZ - SEA VIEW VILLA - HEATED POOL - SOUTH FACING

We have put a lot of ourselves into the renovation of this house and hope that it will be, for you, a place of reunion and conviviality with your family and friends.

Superb villa nestled in one of the greenest and quietest areas of Cavalaire, less than 2km from the beach. It has all the comfort and services necessary for you to have an excellent vacation (air conditioning, heated swimming pool, WIFI). Facing south, you will benefit from optimum sunshine. From the double living room, you will have direct access to a fully furnished 80m² terrace. You can have lunch there sheltered from the heat under the arbor and relax on the sun loungers or on the outdoor sofa. The infinity pool overlooks the hill and overlooks the sea (removable protective net completely securing the pool). At the back of the house, you can relax while reading in the shade of the arbutus trees or enjoy the pétanque court. In the house, all bedrooms are air-conditioned and have their own bathroom. Two of them overlook the swimming pool and have a sea view. A 3rd bedroom overlooks the side of the house and the one dedicated to children is in the dovecote (upstairs). All the bedding is quality. The kitchen is fully equipped and will allow you to prepare delicious meals.

The obligatory cleaning fee (€250 including tax) and if you wish, the rental of household linen (€30 per person per week) must be paid in addition to the rental amount to the person responsible for welcoming you on site. (see details in the equipment note tab).

Great stay and beautiful villa

We stayed for a week at this villa and we had great fun. The villa is beautiful and the pool area is perfect. The area is nice and quiet but only minutes drive from the centre of Cavalaire. We’d definitely stay here again

Des vacances merveilleuses

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely house very much. The view was amazing and we loved the pool. We would come back anytime. The sun umbrellas need to be fixed as the stands seem to be broken. It’s dangerous that they fall over on a person.

A dream in the south of France

This was the 2nd time we have stayed in this wonderful house. Everything is just right here and the view of the sea from the huge terrace is priceless. There is nothing missing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The heated infinity pool is also a real highlight. St Tropez and Ramatuelle beach are within easy reach. Cavalaire sur Mer also has a great long beach with many beach clubs. We are already looking forward to seeing you again in 2025!

Magnifique situation

Très charmante et confortable villa, située au calme sur les hauteurs dans un écrin de verdure reposant. Le séjour vaste et lumineux, est agréablement meublé et décoré. La vue sur la mer et les collines environnantes dont on profite depuis la grande terrasse et la piscine à débordement est splendide !

Traumhafter Familienurlaub

Wir hatten zwar hervorragende Ferienwochen in diesem sehr schönen und perfekt ausgestatteten Haus. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und zudem auch sehr praktisch ausgestattet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der beheizte Pool, so dass die Kinder auch bei kälterem Aprilwetter länger darin verweilen konnten. Die Begrüßung wie auch die sofortige Hilfe bei der leer gewordenen Gasflache vom Grill wurden sofort von der Verwalterin Hafida war hervorragend. Sie stand für alle Fragen sofort zur Verfügung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Es hat an nichts gefehlt

Das Haus und das Grundstück ist mit allem und sehr hochwertigen Sachen ausgestattet. Für das Kleinkind sehr praktisch gab es eine mobile Umzäunung des Pools. Die Poolheizung hält, was sie verspricht. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

What a view!

Lovely property, beautiful view. So lovely is the outside area and pool that we only spent time indoors to sleep! All facilities good and the villa is located in a great and quiet area, but close enough to all the shops, restaurants and facilities of Cavalaire and La Croix. Our two weeks ended too soon!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt an der Côte d’Azur

Wir waren mittlerweile das 17. Jahr an der Côte d’Azur und hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Cavalaire sur Mer und in diesem Haus! Ein phantastischer Blick auf das Meer und in die Bucht. Sehr schön fanden wir die Anordnung Küche, Terrasse und Pool auf einer Ebene. Die Küche hat ebenfalls alles geboten, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Da das Wetter so schön war, haben wir das liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer nicht genutzt, an kühleren Tagen sicherlich ebenfalls wunderbar. Auch die Übergaben und Betreuung durch Hafida hat professionell, zuvorkommend und herzlich geklappt!
