Guests have access to a heated swimming pool measuring 9 x 4 metres, available seasonally from 1 May to 30 September and equipped with a safety alarm system, ensuring both enjoyment and peace of mind. The generous yard surrounding the property creates a serene and private atmosphere, ideal for relaxing in the heart of the Provençal countryside. Reliable Internet Wifi keeps guests connected throughout their stay, while ample private parking accommodates up to 5 vehicles with ease.

The outdoor spaces at "Le Mas de Marius" are thoughtfully designed to make the most of the stunning natural surroundings. The heated swimming pool, measuring 9 x 4 metres and maintained by the owner and gardener, serves as the centrepiece of the exterior, offering a refreshing retreat during the warm months of May through September. An outdoor shower is conveniently located nearby for rinsing off after a swim. The terrace is furnished with comfortable garden furniture, providing an ideal setting for al fresco dining and relaxed gatherings. A dedicated barbecue house allows guests to enjoy outdoor cooking in a sheltered and well-equipped space. Pool maintenance is carried out regularly by the owner and gardener, ensuring the facilities remain in excellent condition throughout the rental period. The property features 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across both floors to ensure comfort and privacy for all occupants.

On the ground floor, the living area welcomes you with a lounge equipped with a flat-screen TV, which opens onto a terrace. A dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, used solely for decorative purposes, adds a charming character to the space. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table and also provides direct access to the terrace. A separate shower room with WC is available on this level, along with air conditioning throughout. One ground floor bedroom features 2 single beds (each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length) as well as 1 double bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm in length), a private shower room with WC, air conditioning, and direct access to the garden. Please note that this bedroom is accessed from the outside of the main building.

On the upper floor, you will find 4 additional bedrooms. The first room is furnished with 1 French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm in length), a private shower room with WC, and a terrace exit. The second room offers 1 French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm in length) and a private bathroom with both bath and shower, as well as a WC. The third room is appointed with 1 French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm in length), a private shower room with WC, and access to a terrace. The fourth room is arranged across 2 levels and contains 1 single bed (90 cm wide and 200 cm in length) and 1 French bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm in length), along with a private shower room with WC and a terrace exit. Access to 2 of these upstairs bedrooms is provided from the outside of the property.
