The Antico Casolare Uliveto (built in 1865) is nestled in the countryside of Cava de’ Tirreni, just 4 km from downtown and the A3 highway. It enjoys a prime location with views of the valley stretching all the way to Mount Vesuvius, making it the perfect base for easily visiting the archaeological sites of Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Paestum, as well as the stunning Amalfi Coast, just a few kilometers away.

It is also located near the airports of Naples (50 km) and Salerno (35 km), as well as the Naples-Sarno International Circuit (22 km).

The Antico Casolare Uliveto is surrounded by 50,000 square meters of countryside.

CASA MANDORLO, located on the first floor of the Casolare Uliveto, is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and charming stay. It has recently been completely renovated along with the rest of the property.

Access is via a steep, distinctive 19th-century piperno stone staircase that leads to a cozy and charming space.

The apartment consists of:
• An entryway/hallway leading to the bedroom and living room;
• A double bedroom;
• A spacious living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette;
• A beautiful 40-square-meter terrace accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. From here, you can admire a breathtaking view of the Agro Nocerino, Mount Vesuvius, and—on clear days—even Ischia. The terrace, furnished with a table, chairs, and a beach umbrella, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets.

- Upon arrival, you will be required to pay, in cash, the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Cava de’ Tirreni, equal to €1.50 per day per person (excluding children under 12).
- All utilities are included in the price. Electricity usage will be billed only if it exceeds the agreed-upon amount (7 kilowatts per day). Excess kilowatts will be charged at 0.7 euros/kilowatt
- Upon request, we can put you in touch with an outside catering service offering traditional local cuisine.
- Public transportation is available (bus 067 Cava – S. Lucia – S. Anna), but we strongly recommend having your own car to explore the surrounding area.
