"La petite maison" Vacation Rental

Welcome to the gîte "La petite maison", classified one star in the tourist accommodation. <br><br>We welcome you to a small house in the countryside, completely renovated for a stay with family or friends. <br>Close to the A84 and Villers-Bocage (10km, stopover village) all shops and services, ideally placed to discover the region: <br>- The cities of Caen, Bayeux, the D-Day beaches of June 1944, <br>- Bungee jumping at the Souleuvre bridge, Jurques Zoo 20 minutes away, <br>- Suisse Normande (Canoeing Kayak in Thury Harcourt 30 mn) - Mont Saint Michel 1h<br><br>The accommodations are classified one star and for a capacity of 4 people given the size of the accommodation (about 60m2). <br>We have the possibility of accommodating 5 people because we have an additional bed (see description below). <br><br>The accommodations are strictly non-smoking. <br>Open kitchen with basic equipment (microwave, SENSO coffee maker, gas stove, fridge etc ..)<br>A dining area<br>Living room: 3 nesting tables; a grey sofa bed for one person (140*200) serving as a sofa facing the television; a sofa bed for two people with two mattresses (80*200 - purchased in April 2023).<br>Upstairs: mezzanine overlooking the living room with a 1 double bed (140*200 - new bedding).<br>Sheets and towels for the 5 beds are provided and included in the 80 euros of cleaning. They will be at your disposal on your arrival. <br>Independent shower room (toilet; single sink; small storage lockers). <br>A wood stove is also at your disposal in the living room. Wood is free as well as Wifi.<br>On request, we can provide you with a travel cot with a mattress topper for better comfort as well as a baby bouncer.<br>A few board games, books and an outdoor table are also at your disposal. <br>This accommodations are located a few steps from our main house.
