"I stayed one night at RafJam with my mom. The property was gorgeous! There was a steam flowing through the side and rear or the property and had a cool dripping area and two mini falls. "The property was well kept, and facility was clean and nice . The host was very accommodating. "

"The property is gorgeous, staff is very friendly and amenities are top tier. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 is due to the experience I had with the transfer service offered by the hotel. Not only was the driver very fast going up hill and no where in communications with the hotel was the cost of the transfer mentioned. Go for the spa & restaurant but arrange your own transportation. "Getting up on the hill was definitely a new experience but the place , view and employees were amazing. Owner himself made sure we had everything we needed , accommodated when needed even suggested places we should visit. Loved the experience and view was breath taking "

"Gorgeous colonial hotel with style and class. Needs some maintenance work done in the rooms and update of facilities like Wifi and newer TVs. Received room upgrade with my Expedia Platinum Status, thank you for that. Ladies at front desk are very efficient and helpful. House Keeping has some problems, probably short number of staff. "Is not an ideal place for a business trip since it is an apartment with no restaurants at walking distance. Be prepare for an additional charge of US$110 cash for cleaning and management charge. You need to call to arrange someone to meet you at the place as you arrive and as you leave (is not a hotel). The place is nice but is not a hotel."
