"Property clean and well maintained, Staff friendly, courteous and professional. Beds were NOT comfortable; mattresses need to be replaced. I certainly didn't expect the quality of the mattresses to be exceptional. I also didn't anticipate the poor quality. Our room smelled stuffy, easy fix, turn on the air conditioner. The mattresses however, left something to be desired."

"Stayed one night and discovered bed bugs in the room multiple live bugs on the bedding. Had to pack up and leave. Disappointing, because the location and everything else seemed fine, but a bed bug infestation is a dealbreaker. Hope management addresses it."

"Ok let me start with this i knew this was not going to be a perfect hotel but let's start with this upon arrival the attendant was not very welcoming looked like he was not very happy to be working that day the room we where given smell like cigarettes even though it says no smoking it was very strong smell small couch that looked like it was pick up from the trash and placed there ripped corners in the arm rest looked it was used at a mechanic shop and very worn out the microwave looked like...

"My stay here was genuinely the only part about my trip that went well. My travel plans were disrupted, with all kinds of delays and chaos. The staff here were kind and professional, the property was clean, quiet and comfortable, and it was a sigh of relief to come back to every night. Thank you!"

"Our family of four enjoyed our 7 night stay at Home2Suites, which is a well maintained hotel. While traveling we prefer this hotel because of the extended room size, kitchen, seating area and plenty of space, including drawers and shelves to put our things, plus the breakfast. Our 6 yr old , had fun in the indoor pool and I liked the workout room. The hotel staff were very pleasant. Overall, Home2Suites is a great hotel chain. I always look for one nearby when planning our travels."

"Excellent location. It would have been a 5 star stay. The problem was that there were multiple teenager athletic teams staying there. They were extremely noisy, running up and down the hallway yelling and making noise like crazy. At one point during the evening, they opened a fire door somewhere causing the alarms to go off. Everyone had to evacuate their rooms. All of this of course does not reflect badly on the hotel or the staff, which were top notch. I would however maybe monitor...
