"What happened to Marriott brands? We stayed at the Castleton (Indiana) one this past weekend and . . well . . the room was very clean; that’s the best I can say and maybe that’s enough for you. On the other hand: The wall thermostat was broken (or never was operational) so we had a floor unit beside the window that sounded like a propeller forcing air from the far end of the room. Yet, the ambiance was fitting for a room with only one device port. In 2026, at a Hilton hotel, there is one...

"I was there for a night. My second room wasn't ready upon arrival but they were quick to get it set up for us. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. For what you pay, its worth it. Clean and no smells. "

"FAITH!! She was a lifesaver! Truly! Us Missouri girls who had a terrible experience next door at Castlewood and felt very unsafe she came to our rescue!! There was only one elevator and it got stuck one day, but really other than that, it was one of the best hotels to stay at and we were in Indianapolis for 17 days back and forth from the hospital. Thank you Faith for all you done! "

"This was a nice place to stay and reasonable price. The thing I didn't know because it was in small print was that they have you put a $100 deposit. It wasn't a big deal for me to do it was just something I want to share so future guests will know. The hot tub and pool was nice to get into and clean. They have washers and dryers for free just bring your own detergent. The exercise area was decent. "

"Do not stay here. The property itself is extremely run down, and the rooms are beyond uncleanly. We were given dirty sheets, the room was unswept and not vaccummed (clumps of hair and dirt on the floor), and there were holes in the walls with toilet paper shoved into them. Save your money and stay somewhere else."

"The first room was dirty with fake nails and the shower glass was dirty and had white residue. The second room that i was transfer to had bed bugs and were bitting me. Reported and took pictures they were supposed to refund me the money, but were supposed to talk to expedia about the refund. Its been a month and have not seen anything. "

"Annoying employee crossed a line in the pool area thinking she can tell me how to parent my children. They were jumping in the pool. No signs posted that they can’t. Diving and jumping feet first are 2 different things. They respectfully stayed from people while doing it. Employee explains to children they can’t and then came to speak to us. Despite disagreeing, we intended to do as she said. We acknowledged and told her we’d handle it. Employee continued to stand behind us hoovering until...

"The hotel room was excellent, clean with a comfortable bed and large clean bathroom. They were doing some renovations on the property and when they are done it should deserve 5 stars."
