"Absolutely fabulous stay. The hosts were lovely and personable, perk fast was delicious, and it was so quiet and cozy. Is was a great base to do our first week of exploring. I couldn’t recommend Rob and Jacquie enough, especially if you want somewhere out of the way that takes care of all the littles details. "

"We booked the apartment in August 2023 so the family could attend a music event which was local to apartment. On the day of Travel 26th April 2024 the booking was cancelled via email.. No phone call to warn us but an alternative 30+ miles away was offered in the email. Unfortunetly many other people have fallen fowl to this sort of approach due to many hotels being sold out and high prices starting to appear due to both the music event and a Wolves home football game. Many hotels coming back up...

"The room itself was clean and everything covered. The entrance hall and stairs are tired and requie a spruce up. The security deposit and photo ID before check in seems over the top as I only had a one night stay. It was great value for money and excellent location. Would I use again? Perhaps, but the ID and security bond puts me off."

I understood this to mean a refund would be given in this event. "My stay at the Novotel Hotel was very good no complaints. The rooms were clean with the offer of robes and slippers (nice touch) The staff were amazing, polite and very pleasant. The breakfast was good, the choicesand the healthy options available. Overall experience excellent! I would recommend this hotel"
