It seemed like we were upgraded to a suite because the room was very spacious and clean and stocked with lots of soap in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep well. Breakfast was fantastic. The only issue we had was the shower door would not stay closed- it kept rolling open so we had to shove a towel in the corner. "The property is under renovation. Doors are difficult to enter room. The pool was down, beds are hard like plywood box, Sheets had hair on them, shower wasn’t clean. No sofa bed/couch as stated in room choice to accommodate number of people. No receipt given for deposit nor proof of stay. Cancelled room within 10 minutes of being there. Asked for refund, front desk clerk/manager gave run around with the third party trying to contact to confirm that I cancelled the room. I do not recommend. I was...
