White Extreme House offers spacious interiors designed and tastefully furnished in a modern and minimal style, 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 double (can become twin), 1 triple; up to 7 beds) + a sofa-bed in the living room (sleeps 2), each with private bath and equipped with a flat-screen TV, a zone bar to entertain you with an aperitif or cocktail, a comfortable lounge area equipped with Dolby Surround and a big screen TV, Free Wi-Fi, another lounge area next to the dining room and a kitchen and dining room. High quality for demanding people!

Outside the villa, a beautiful private pool surrounded by a spacious garden with Mediterranean vegetation and many, many palm trees is the perfect place to relax during the day and to celebrate and have fun in the night thanks to the colored lighting. The pool area and the garden are furnished with lounge chairs and garden furniture. A patio overlooking the pool and a solarium terrace with partial sea view are also available.

The location is ideal for visiting the archaeological site of Selinunte and its greek temple and the southern coast of Sicily, Agrigento, Sciacca (famous for its Carnival), Marsala, Mazara del Vallo ...

The nearest beach is just 2 km from the villa (less than 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes walk) and is sandy.

Bars, pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are only 5 minutes drive from the villa, in the center of the country and along the road to the center.

The motorway junction of Castelvetrano is just 10 minutes by car, it will take you to Mazara del Vallo in about 25 minutes, the northern coast in just 40 minutes and airports of Trapani and Palermo in just one hour.

Various extra services, such as private chef, private driver, boat rentals, and many more can be booked locally. Also, the house and the pool are cleaned regularly and other clean linen are provided during the stay (included in the price).

The pool is open all year so you can spend a vacation in full autonomy even out of season.

The villa is also equipped with private parking space and a caretaker / assistant 24h / 7. In addition, the owner lives in an outbuilding on the property and will be available and happy to assist you in all your needs, keeping your privacy as a priority.

Tolles Domizil

Drinnen und draußen verschwenderisch viel Platz, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.Einrichtung mit persönlichem Stil, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Dazu eine großzügige Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und Toilettenartikeln. So war die Ankunft auch spät abends unproblematisch. Toller Strand im Naturschutzgebiet ca. 2 km entfernt. Auto ist ein Muss.

Perfecto

The photos don't do justice to the actual home/resort. The owner and his nephew live onsite and are available to help with whatever comes up- nothing did. They even made recommendations for things to see and routes to take. The home is LARGE and spacious and the pool literally feels like you are in Hawaii or someplace tropical. Highly recommend staying here and more people would be even more fun.

An Oasis within an Oasis

Property rental will be the rental of a lifetime. The property is absolutely perfect. And the owners, Enzo & Mauricio, were the icing on the cake. They did everything to ensure our vacation was marvelous. And they even hosted a party for us with private cooking, waiter, and clean up. Paradisiaque !

La villa est somptueuse et décorée avec goût. La piscine et ses abords sont magnifiques, entourés de superbes palmiers, bananiers et d'autres arbustes superbes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié également l'ambiance du patio en famille et le mobilier design. On a l'impression d'être dans une oasis prés de la mer. La propriété est très bien entretenue et d'une propreté irréprochable. L'intérieur de la maison est climatisé, spacieux, décoré avec goût et très confortable. Maurizio et Enzo, nos hôtes étaient formidables, très sympathiques, attentionnés et toujours présents quand nécessaire. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons. ----------------------------------------------- The villa is sumptuous and tastefully decorated. The swimming pool and its surroundings are magnificent, surrounded by superb palm trees, banana trees and other superb shrubs. We also really appreciated the atmosphere of the family patio and the designer furniture. You feel like you are in an oasis near the sea. The property is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The interior of the house is air-conditioned, spacious, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Maurizio and Enzo, our hosts were great, very friendly, attentive and always there when needed. It is with pleasure that we will return.

Beautiful Garden and Home

The garden is sublime, and the pool is too. The house is beautifully designed and comfortable. The property is very close to a riserva with a gorgeous beach. Other beautiful beaches a short drive away.The host, Mauro, could not be nicer. A stunning house for a perfect vacation.

Superb Villa

Wonderful Villa with outstanding outdoor space. Enzo the owner couldn’t be more helpful, a very caring owners dedicated to customer service as is Paolo from the Mgmt company who answered all our questions very promptly beforehand. Thoroughly recommended for 2 couples and a spare bedroom for children should it be needed. Beautifully furnished you can tell the owner takes immense pride in what is a large property with lots of space. We spent all our time outdoors. Selinunte has some nice restaurants too.

Amazing holidays

Property was luxurious, very comfortable, lots of space and above all the most wonderful pool exclusively for us. Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, doing everything to make sure we enjoyed our time in the villa. The villa is conveniently located close to one of the top archaeological sites in Sicily and to some very nice beaches. We would unreservedly recommend this villa to anyone considering staying in the area.

Amazing

This property is spectacular. The pool and gardens are breathtaking. The apartment is modern Italian chic. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. An amazing Beach is 10 minutes away. Will definitely be back.

une oasis de beauté au milieu des palmiers

Enzo est un hôte charmant, et malgré le problème de langue(il ne parle qu'italien), il a toujours été très attentionné. la maison est très grande et la piscine est exceptionnelle (20 m de longueur et entourée de palmiers). la cuisine pourrait être un peu plus pratique. Selinunte est un point de départ idéal pour visiter les sites antiques et aussi pour aller à Palerme. d'excellentes vacances

Fantastic Design Villa

The villa is super clean and fulfilled all of our expectations. Also notable the daily cleaning service. Mauro and Enzo were very friendly and hepful. There is really no negatives here at all, just worth noting that you don’t have absolute privacy as the owners and a caretaker live on the property, but they were almost completely invisible unless we needed them. Altogether a memorable stay.

Ein Paradies für einen wundervollen Urlaub

Ein traumhafter Urlaub in der Villa Vouge. Insgesamt waren wir drei Pärchen und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Gastfreundlichkeit und Sauberkeit werden hier ganz große geschrieben. Fast täglich wurden unsere Zimmer und Badezimmer gereinigt zudem wurden uns täglich frische Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt( dies ist nicht üblich für den Urlaub in einer Villa). Wir buchen jedes Jahr Ferienhäuser für unseren Urlaub aber nie wurden während dem Aufenthalt Zimmer gereinigt bzw. Frische Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Villa ist wirklich nur zu Empfehlen. Dies war sicher nicht der letzte Urlaub in der Villa Vouge.
