Renovated character house, 250 m², located 6 minutes from Castelnau-de-Montmiral, at the foot of the village, quiet, in a hamlet, surrounded by countryside (existing neighbourhood). Ideal for families with children from 8 years old or groups of friends.

No parties, no pets.
Non-smoking house (outside allowed).
The house must be left clean (dishes, floors swept/vacuumed, trash cans taken out, objects put back in their place = the house as you found it).PGJyPgPGJyPg
Cleaning included if the house is returned in good condition.
If the cleaning is not correct a deposit will be retention.
