Parties involving noise or damage are not permitted. Smoking is only allowed outside. This is a detached holiday home, part of an estate where the owners reside. Each morning, pool and outdoor area cleaning and maintenance are carried out. The house is situated in the countryside, in the heart of the Penedès plain and surrounded by vineyards.
