"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was convenient to the airport and nice restaurants.
Our only complaint was the $25 parking fee. There was some street parking available, but it was only free from 6pm to 6am. The hotel does have a good size parking lot which is where they park the valet vehicles. During our stay the lot only had maybe 10 cars in it at any time, with many empty spaces available. I don't mind paying for valet parking if that is the only option in a busy downtown area, but...

"We travel a lot and this was our first time staying at a Holiday Express. We were so very pleasantly surprised! The staff at this location were friendly and really helpful! The room was clean, had plenty of storage area, and the bed was comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a wonderful variety to choose from. "We reserved a double non smoking. Girl said they only had smoking. Thats not what I reserved! She offered a queen non smoking so we took it. The room was at the end by the exit door, so people were in and out all night. The sheets looked old and had holes in them. The tub was scratched up, and shower had no pressure. So tried to get some sleep, but woke up to use the bathroom and the place was crawling wirh ants. So we asked front desk for a vacuum, but didn't have one. Huh? Never ever stay at...
