Once belonging to the host’s grandparents, it was where homemade wine was crafted and tomato preserves were prepared for winter. Childhood memories linger: large pots on the stove, bottles lined up, jars everywhere. Today, that history lives on within these walls, lovingly reimagined with care and respect.



The renovation preserved the home’s original soul, blending vintage objects and designer furnishings for a unique balance of comfort and character. Every detail is designed to convey the warmth of a true Sicilian home—not just any holiday rental, but a place where you’ll truly feel at home.



The house is spread over several levels, all for your exclusive use. On the ground floor, with a private entrance, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, sofa, and TV corner—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Upstairs, a bright open space features a double bed, wardrobe, double sink, shower, armchair, and bathroom.



The real highlight is the panoramic terrace: here you’ll find a laundry area with washer and dryer, a small kitchen for making tea, a sauna (available for an extra charge), a workspace with desk, and a charming outdoor area with sofas—ideal for a Sicilian aperitif at sunset.



The location is quiet and strategic: a peaceful historic center just 100 meters from the highway exit and 45 minutes from Palermo’s Falcone Borsellino Airport. The sea is a 10-minute walk or a short ride on the free municipal shuttle, with a stop near the house (operating in June, July, and August).
