Villa Giovanna is conveniently located within easy reach of major highways and other routes to Naples and Caserta, both equidistant from the villa.

I love my region, so I created video, flyers and PDF files to keep them on mobile phone. That's infos to reach this beautiful places. Also you can find GPS Coordinate if do you want to join them with car.

Villa Giovanna is located inside a private avenue with street lighting and automatic gate.
Private access just for residents only.

Besides it architectural beauty, Naples is the home of two impressive Castles (Castel dell’ovo and Maschio Angioino) and the folklore attached to them. Caserta’s Bourton Royal Palace is a miniature of the famous Palace of Sun King at Versailles. The location of Villa Giovanna allows quick access to Historic Pompeii and Herculaneum, both a must see.

In the same general area we suggest visiting the city of Pozzuolii and Capua with their Amphitheaters, museums and important excavation..

We have not mentioned yet a visit to the islands of Ischia and Capri … loved by everyone who visits them. Other interesting sites to visit is the Sansevero Chapel Museum where you will find the famous masterpiece, the life size “Veiled Christ”, renowned for the tissue-like quality of the marble it was carved from/ (Giuseppe Sanmartino in 1753). Don’t forget your camera!!

Villa Giovanna is an intimate place to stay; with 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 bunk bed) in total: 6 beds, 2 2 bathrooms. We have a large living room which opens up into a beautiful characteristic garden and swimming pool. A great place to relax outdoors as you organize a fun evening with the BBQ.

Don’t forget to enjoy Neapolitan music while here…music that lives forever.

We hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad. De villa is een oase van rust, met een prachtig zwembad en een sfeervolle tuin waar je echt tot jezelf komt. Dankzij de centrale ligging is het een ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar Napels, Pompeii en de indrukwekkende Reggia di Caserta. Supermarkten en gezellige restaurants liggen op korte afstand, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakt. Een plek waar stilte, schoonheid en gemak samenkomen — absoluut een aanrader!

Die Villa ist sehr schön. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. 5 Personen können hier komfortabel wohnen. Der Garten mit Pool ist perfekt. Die Villa liegt in einer Privatstrasse, die nur durch ein Tor zugänglich ist.Die Villa ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge z. B. nach Neapel, Pompeji, Caserta etc. Der nächste empfehlenswerte freie Strand ist ca. 20 Minuten entfernt in Mondragone. Der lokale Strand ist nicht zum Empfehlen.Die Verwalter Tony und Vincenzo sind sehr freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Sie stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung.Der Ort Castel Volturno ist leider absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Man hat das Gefühl, in einem Flüchtlingscamp zu leben. Es gibt hier mehr Flüchtling aus Nigeria als Einwohner. Der gesamte Ort wirkt heruntergekommen, überall stapelt sich der Müll. Die wenigen freien Strandabschnitte zwischen den völlig überteuerten Lidos sind komplett überfüllt und zugemüllt.Ein Auto ist dringend empfehlenswert. Wenn man mobil ist, und das Haus mit Garten als schönen Rückzugsort zwischen den Ausflügen betrachtet, kann man hier eine schöne Woche mit Freunden oder Familie verbringen.

Nice villa with beautiful garden and pool

We had a very nice family holiday in this house. The owners were very nice and always available for any type of question. The house is ideal for excursions to Pompeii, the Islands and Napoli. We would recommend the Metro for Napoli, it was easy, convenient and clean.

Lovely pool nice open space inside needs up dating and quite a lot of maintenance door locks were tricky and ac in main area was poor 2nd shower was tiny so no adult would fit kitchen cupboards wete loose and in need of repair switches fell off walls very overlooked by neighbours also

Sommer '23

Das Haus war sehr schön und gemütlich. Zum Glück gibt es 2 Klimaanlagen, die den Aufenthalt im Sommer sehr angenehm machen. Der Pool ist super und sorgt für eine schöne Abkühlung. Die Vermieter des Hauses sind super liebe und angenehme Menschen. Bei Fragen und Wünschen stehen sie immer zur Verfügung. Wenn wir nochmal in dieser Region Urlaub machen, dann gern wieder dort.

Accueil et confort.

Oasis of well-being and at the same time good location for excursions

Tony and Vincenzo are excellent hosts and support in any questions and have many tips ready to spend a nice vacation. The relaxation begins when the gate opens to the house. The house as well as the garden incl. pool is very well maintained. There is everything you need to relax. The surroundings are not the most beautiful, but the property makes up for it. From here you can make very good trips to eg The Amalfi Coast, Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Pompeii, etc.. We enjoyed the time very much. Thank you for the very nice time.
