The expansive open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the dining area, also offering its own exit to the terrace. A separate WC is also located on this level. On the first upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms: one room with 2 beds and access to the balcony, and one room with a french bed measuring 160 cm, also with balcony access. This floor is served by a bathroom fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC. The second upper floor hosts 2 further bedrooms, both featuring charming sloping ceilings: a large walk-through room with 2 beds, and a spacious room with a french bed measuring 160 cm. This floor is served by a shower room with bidet and WC.
