"It is conveniently located close to downtown, so we were able to get to all our destinations easily. there is a parking garage across the street and a hospital right there as well. staff was friendly and valet service was great. however, the room was cleaned with such a strong bleach, the smell was overwhelming for the 2 nights we stayed there and the AC did not seem to remove the humidity in the room. The TV was old (it still had AV inputs) and could not do modern things like screen casting...

There is easy parking, fridge for drinks, comfortable bedding, a great shower and a great breakfast. The staff is awesome – super friendly & helpful. "Booked a suite, got a regular king...no big deal, just called down and they fixed it immediately awesome. Got into the suite had a view of the ventilation system of the building not of anything else no balcony no nothing. Ok I can get past all that after a long day of travel go to relax pop on some Netflix takes about 15min to sign in tv acting real slow. Shut it off turned it back on didnt get better but after about 20 min of loading a show just b started to play I said you know what its been a...

"Everything from top to bottom was perfect. The rooms were larger and clean. The common areas were clean and pretty. The complimentary drinks were a nice bonus. The breakfast was great and the staff were so accommodating."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The shower sliding door was broken, but other than that it felt clean and comfortable. The staff was professional and kind. They even allowed early check-in so we could get ready for wedding festivities after a 9 hour drive."
