LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION....Cozy, renovated year-round, riverfront house located in the heart of downtown Caseville.
Just a short walk to the County Beach, Park, Party Store, Dairy Queen, and bars & restaurants in town. Grab your blanket/chairs & cooler and enjoy the festivals held at the County Park.

Located in a quiet subdivision on the Pigeon River, leading to the marinas & the break wall. Close to everything, yet plenty of privacy in the yard.

Our Renovated year-round home has an open concept floor plan with a unique, coastal / country theme. The House has central air & heating, as well as, ceiling fans if you prefer fresh air.

The large master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining enclosed screened porch leading to the waterfront deck. The Enclosed Porch is great for enjoying meals, playing cards at night, or enjoying morning coffee. There’s a cooler for your beverages & seating for six.

New 2024: Brand new 2nd large bedroom located in lower level of the house - 6 steps down from side entrance. Bedroom has bright, natural light from the egress window. This new bedroom has two queen size beds with new mattresses.

There is also a new Queen Sleeper sofa for 2 more guests in the living room. SIX guests maximum, please.

For indoor entertainment: In the rec room, located in the lower level, we have a foosball table for the kids. We also have a small collection of DVD's, books, games & puzzles in addition to HD streaming TV & Wi-Fi. We have the standard Xfinity channels, but you will need your own sign-in for premium channels like Netflix, etc.

We have city water - no well water taste, or smell! Relax in the jet bathtub. (Currently scheduled for service/repair not functioning as of June 18, 2024)

Enjoy the view of the river from either the deck, screened-in porch, or the back lawn. Drop your fishing pole out the door on our new 2024 dock. You may dock your boat (depending on size) here too.

The Backyard boasts a fire pit & chairs; propane gas BBQ grill, patio furniture on the deck facing the river, a great cornhole set & more.

Extras: there are (4) bicycles for your use to explore the town.(located inside the garage)

We can provide a pack-n-play, highchair, stroller, & baby gate, at no extra charge. Let us know in advance what is needed.

Both Caseville & nearby Port Austin have plenty to offer. Check out their websites.

We will consider your house broken family pet, depending on breed. No pit-bulls. Please send an INQUIRY PRIOR to booking stating breed & age. Although the yard is not fenced, the deck is fully enclosed. We also have a pet lead. Pet fee of $100/stay applies.

We are hands-on proprietors. We don’t manage our business with a property manager, nor manage from afar, & it shows. We take pride in providing you the best vacation venue possible for making memories.

My family and I had the best time. This house was so cute and very clean! We loved fishing off the dock and it was very close to everything! The owner was absolutely awesome, I have rented many places and she was by far the best!! She was so sweet and answered any questions I had so fast. We will definitely be back and I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Lovely house in quiet neighborhood

Charming house that was the perfect size for my husband, myself, and our young adult son. We loved the personalized “welcome” sign that greeted us. The only downside is the very small kitchen with no dishwasher. If you eat out more than we do it’s no big deal. We would stay there again!

Amazing place to stay!

We have been going to Caseville for years for our family fishing trip and this year, we decided to rent a VRBO. The place was a great location, super clean, great amenities! We played board games in the evening and enjoyed the dock in the backyard! Cheryl was very responsive and checked in with us prior to the stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous Home and Property

Honestly, this is the best place I have ever stayed. The home and property is absolutely beautiful. Loved just sitting by the firepit and watching the river. So serene. I loved that it was such a short walk to downtown. Awesome neighborhood. Cheryl is so sweet and accommodating

Fishing getaway

Great weekend walleye fishing in the bay. Jim met us at the cottage & road with us to the marina. Very hospitable! Cottage has dock on the breakwall on the river. Easy access to/from the bay. Super dog friendly! too!

The house was great: quiet, comfortable beds; the sunroom and back porch were very enjoyable. We really liked the location. The host was very friendly and responsive. They are putting a lot of effort into making this a great rental. We'll be back!

Comfy Stay!

The home was located in walking distance of the downtown Caseville shops and restaurants. The home was clean and had everything we needed and then some! There were nice, homey touches with a a nice gift to take when we left. Cheryl was so kind and answered any questions or concerns so quickly! I highly recommend staying at their place!

Beautiful hidden gem in Caseville

We have friends that stay in the Caseville County park, so we always plan a weekend trip to meet up and catch up. Not only was this home perfectly located for our needs (near to beach, putt putt, dining), but it was so unique and beautiful. Everything was a described in the listing, but better in person. Plus you can see it is being renovated to add even more space to the basement, it will be exciting to see when we come back again next year, because we definitely plan to stay here again. Contact with the host and check-in/out was very simple and pleasant. I highly recommend you come visit; sit by the river or in the three season room, and enjoy the relaxed pace of Caseville.

Loved this Cottage!

We loved this cottage. It is in a great quiet safe neighborhood and close proximity to the lake access. This Cottage was immaculate and so cozy . We had everything we needed to prepare meals. Bed was good. Nice view of the river. Communication with the owner was 5 stars!

Caseville Neighborhood Home on the canal.

Beautiful home. Clean, amazing decor, perfect location for all the activities in Caseville. Fully stocked home provided everything we could have needed. The house is in a neighborhood on a canal. Our teenagers were super excited to sit down on the doc and fish. Yard is not fenced, but gorgeous landscaping offered all the privacy you need. The Property Managers were super responsive- even delivered a football table mid-week for the kids ! 11/10, would definitely recommend! ♥️

The cottage and location are perfect! So cute, and super clean. Walking distance to all the downtown fun, yet its quiet and private! Hope to go back soon. The owner is wonderful to deal with.

Sweet little cottage

There were some sweet welcoming gestures. We liked the screen porch and the outside porch. The kitchen was very well-equipped. The house is on a quiet street and just a short walk from the county beach.

Caseville home

Cute little home in Caseville! We went with our two kids and dog. The house was perfect for our stay and my kids loved it there. Very close to the beach and a dog friendly beach. Also about a 2 minute walk to Dairy Queen which the kids loved. Home was clean. Bed was comfy. Foldout couch was not as comfortable but fine for the kids. Overall great experience!

Nice Cottage

The cottage was very clean and great distance for walking to the beach. We enjoyed a day at the beach, making the drive to port Austin for kayaking, and spending time around the fire pit! Host was very quick to respond to messages!
