"We had a terrible experience. When we came to the hotel we understood that there is overbooking and there is no free room for us. It was 22:00, and we had to start searching in Saturday night for a place to sleep. The staff of the hotel were acting friendly and tried to help. I stayed at the phone for 2 h.(two hours) with expedia agents. Calls were with US number, and my bill is over 150 Euro for that conversations - useless, the expedia agents were following some rules, acting very slowly and...

"Totalmente recomendable.

"The address sent to us after booking and the address on the website is wrong! No one answers the phone. We arrived at 10 pm and were lost for a few hours.
