"My stay was pleasant and great. The manager (Ram) was welcoming and addressed any concerns I had. He even had one of his staff members (Nishesh thapa) go find me an ESIM card. "Really nice hotel, fantastic staff. Very clean. Excellent breakfast with a good range of options. Good location and generally quiet at night. The rooms are quite light at night - there’s an odd “night light” that you can’t turn off (we covered it in pillows, it’s just by the door at ground level). You also aren’t allowed to bring in any food or drink from outside at all (like nothing) or the “hotel will fine you” which seemed a bit extreme. The water in the shower was almost always cold, the hotel was very poorly maintained, the TV didn't work, nor did the air conditioning, everything was very precarious. It's not worth what it costs. The staff are very friendly but cannot solve the problems. I wouldn't go back."
