"Not what we expected. We book our last night in Italy at this hotel as it was an hour or so from the airport and it was supposed to have a nice pool in a small town. Pool was not available, services were not explained, very poor customer service everywhere."

"We didn't stay at this local as Ebookers didn't relay our booking to the owners and payment was slow to get to them. Luckily the owners were fantastic people and immediately put us up in other accommodation. We were very happy, a little smaller but it worked. I would in a heartbeat book with this ..."
