"I’ve already sent a message to them privately. The hotel, I will just say it was not worth the money. Go to Inwood or Winchester."

"The property is newer, staff were friendly, and room was clean. Unfortunately the location is within a large mall and parking lot which made for a good deal of noise, even overnight with a few cars outside revving engines and playing loud music. The room upstairs was loud until 3am."

"My husband and l came to the property about 1 something this morning. When we got there we checked in got our keys went to the room only to find the lights in the room on, the tv on the bed not made and dirty towels in the floor. "This cabin needs a LOT of care. It was OK for our purposes, because we just needed a place to sleep more than anything, but if we were actually looking to "vacation" or "rest and relax" it left a lot to be desired--especially regarding upkeep and how it was furnished 1. Our sheets had HOLES in them! 2. No toiletries, other than body wash in the bathroom 3. No bath mat 4. Insufficient towels 5. Not enough dishes or mugs 6. No sponge for washing dishes, or anything to clean and wipe down...

"Booked a suite but day of they called and said only had a regular room available. Breakfast is decent, but hot options (eggs, sausage) only on weekends. Room isn’t cleaned every day, which is fine, but had to ask for washcloths and coffee (don’t have any). Room ok but peeling paint, generally dingy and needs upgraded. Cockroach in bathroom one night. Noisier than other hotels - from hallway. Door don’t seem to block much noise. Of approximately 10 hotels we have stayed in last 10 years,...
