This beautiful 4500 sq. ft. lakefront home sits on Norris lake near the Cedar Creek Road jumping bridge landmark in the popular Lakeside Estates. Waker’s Paradise is tucked into the wooded mountainside facing the lake for a panoramic view of the mountains and water.

This 3 story open floor plan lake house is a large group vacationers dream featuring 9 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms and sleeps 32. Features 3 full length 50-foot-wide decks (that's 1500 additional sq. ft. of living space for your enjoyment) all with beautiful lake and mountain views. A large main kitchen on the main floor, plus kitchenette with wet bar on the lower level. A laundry room on the middle level. A 2 story private dock with covered slip, electric outlets, dock furniture and a slide! In addition, we have a dedicated driveway for parking. Free internet, long distance and cable. 

The main floor features a fireplace, wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators. For dining, you’ll have 2 large tables and a large island/bar with additional seating. The large covered deck overlooking the lake has tables, chairs, and a large commercial grade gas grill for large groups. There are 2 bedrooms one King master bedroom with standing tiled shower bath, and one Queen bed with a full bath. The master bedroom walks out onto the large top deck and has a private bathroom. Finally, there is also a family room with a large screen TV and 3 couches.

The middle level features a family room with a large screen TV and 2 couches. Two rooms on this level have King beds, a private bathroom, and one room walks out to the large covered deck. Another room includes a King bed with Full size bunks & Twin pullout and Jack and Jill bathroom. The other room has a Queen and Twin bunks.

The lower level features a large rec room with a Ping Pong Table, Shuffle Board and Foosball, a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, and ice maker. There is also a TV room for viewing, gaming, with 2 couches, as well as a half bath. There are 3 bedrooms on this level, 1 being a bunk room that includes a Queen bed plus a set of Full size bunk beds with a Twin pullout and a private bathroom. Another room includes King bed with a private bathroom. The other room includes a Queen bed with Twin bunks and a private bathroom. The covered deck on this level features a lighted hot tub and additional seating.

This is a NON SMOKING home. Minimum age 27 years to rent.

Waker's Paradise is situated in Lakeside Estates on 188 acres of scenic mountain land, and surrounded by a private cove on Norris Lake. Lakeside Estates features a gated entrance, walking trails, private boat ramp, boat trailer parking, city water, minutes from several full service marinas and restaurants, and a short ride or drive to a golf course.

This part of the lake is considered seasonal water and prior to April and after Labor Day, our cove can look more like a river than a lake, there is no guarantee that you'll have access to the dock but the boat launch is available year round.

Norris Lake was amazing. Brittany with the Management Group was available to answer all questions and made sure we were well taken care of. Rented a boat from Oasis Watersports, and they delivered right to the house. We could not have asked for a better experience.

We visited this place with a large company and spent this time with a lot of emotions. Everyone had equal conditions for rest and everyone was satisfied! The only thing that upsets is the lack of a pier near the water. There was no opportunity to enjoy the quiet atmosphere of nature by dipping our feet in the water. But this did not prevent our company from spending this time unforgettable)))

Our family (four generations) stayed at Waker's Paradise to celebrate my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. It was a perfect location for making memories and celebrating family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a crowd and the lake itself provided access to fun activities for all ages. There's a rope swing right across from the lake house and the jumping bridge is very close by. Additionally, I have never experienced faster or more responsive communication than we did from the owners. We faced a few hiccups when moving in that were completely outside of the owners' control and we were in shock by the effort that they invested to address those concerns. You can tell that they are committed to making sure their guests have good experiences. Overall, I highly recommend Waker's Paradise. Everyone is already asking when we can go back.

Beautiful home, and quiet lake property. It was perfect for a family weekend! The entire family enjoyed it, and loved the location. They all came from out of town so some toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, more dishwashing soap) would have nice to have instead of having to bring them. The boat ramp is very steep.. but we managed. We absolutely loved it here.. would stay again!

This house was perfect for our gathering. Spacious,accommodating our group of 20 easily, even for dining.We had all that we needed. It is located in an area that is meant for summer gatherings, but had things to do inside as well. We would recommend this house.

The house was great - very spacious, clean and easy to navigate. The beds were amazing! We've all stayed on terrible cheap VRBO mattresses but everyone agreed that these were heaven. The kitchen was perfect for our large family. The location is a bit far down the no-wake zone but it wasn't too bad. The owner was also extremely responsive to all questions. We'd definitely stay here again. Wonderful trip. Thank you!

We have stayed in this cove multiple times with our large crew. We love the location, the seclusion, and the house! The house is big enough that the 17 of us always have plenty of room. The double fridge, ovens, and dishwasher are always a must with such a large group. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you need. The game rooms are always an added bonus. The bed are comfortable and the house is always clean. Lookong forward to our stay again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is amazing with the appliances and supplies. The only problem is the air conditioning. It is not at all sufficient for the 2 lower levels. It was hot! We really did have a blast! Thank you!

We rented this house to be able to host our family and a few friends for our wedding ceremony (on the upper level of the dock) and it was absolutely perfect. The house was beautiful. The location and views were stunning. We loved having two of each appliance in the kitchen. The game room in the basement + hot tub and corn hole on the decks were awesome. Our whole group had a blast and we are all sad to be back to reality. Well worth the investment- you won’t regret it!!

This is a clean and a well appointed rental. It fit 26 people comfortably for our family reunion. Britney, the property owner, was great to work with. She was polite, quick to respond, and helpful. We already have our deposit in for next year.

Everything was wonderful. Mattress were basic rental property quality but good enough. Very well stocked with supplies in the kitchen and loved the double appliances. One thing I didn’t see noted was that during the winter, the lake is drained and floating docks removed. Not that we would have been swimming but visually not what we expected.

The house was everything shown but better. The pictures of this place do it no justice for how beautiful it actually is. It was perfectly decorated for Christmas. Our family and especially the children were ecstatic over it. We definitely plan to come back during the summer. The only down side was that the lake was nothing but a running stream, but it was still wonderful nevertheless.

This property was in good condition when we arrived. There were a few things that were broken but overall it was very nice. We had a family group of 10 cousins and some spouses for a total of 14 adults aged 50 to 70. There any Many Stairs with the property! We were aware of this from the photos and website. Some of our group did have trouble with the stairs but overall our experience was really great!

House was perfect for our group

Overall a comfortable home for a large group. We loved the large kitchen with extra appliances and the extra long table and seating on the top deck of the house. Some of the bedrooms were tight squeezes for families (no closets, minimal floor space, nowhere to hang towels). Being toward the end of the cove was great -- minimal boat traffic, and the kids enjoyed the slide on the dock. The owner was terrific to work with and very responsive. We had a very nice vacation!
