"This is my worst hotel experience, I had high expectations but my experience was far lesser than I envisaged.
First the room was too small, bump my leg to the bed and surprisingly iron bed frame.
No pressing iron available for guest
No microwave
Breakfast had limited options"

"The staff was helpful! I just wish maybe identifying the HILTON Garden Inn little more differently or clearer as there were several Hilton Hotels within a few miles from each one. I walk to the other Hilton after the address showed up on my phone then another address popped still not Garden Inn! It was late at night and I was exhausted….i called and thankfully the staff helped me and told me there are several Hiltons within a few miles of each other."
