Kambiri Signature Apartment is a full apartment located on the 9th floor of Torre 811. It accommodates up to 5 guests and features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, and access to a balcony. The secondary bedrooms have semi-double beds and fans.

The social area connects the living room, dining area, kitchen, and balcony. The living room includes air conditioning, a sofa, Roku TV, and access to a balcony with views toward the sea, the airport, and the Crespo area. The sofa bed is arranged for sofa use only and is not offered as an additional bed.

The kitchen is equipped for short or long stays. It includes a refrigerator, stove, cookware, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, pans, kitchen knives, cutting board, corkscrew, blender, rice cooker, and utensils such as spoons, ladles, lemon squeezer, and peeler. You will also find a washer, iron, hair dryer, trash bins, and basic cleaning items.

The apartment has a contemporary Afro-Caribbean aesthetic, with mustard, wood, black, blue, white, and orange tones. It is comfortable, modern, and welcoming, designed for travelers who want to rest, work remotely, cook simple meals, and enjoy Cartagena from a practical location with identity.

La cocina completamente equipada te permite prolongar la experiencia en sabores, desayunos lentos, cenas compartidas y pequeños rituales cotidianos que también hacen parte del viaje. Los dos balcones abren el apartamento hacia la ciudad y hacia el mar, y en esa apertura aparece algo esencial de Kambiri: una sensación de aire, de horizonte, de amplitud interior.

El aire acondicionado en la sala y en la habitación principal, los ventiladores en las habitaciones auxiliares, los dos baños, la zona de ropas y la distribución funcional del espacio hacen que todo fluya con naturalidad. Pero además de ser cómodo, Kambiri se siente inspirador. Tiene una energía que acompaña tanto a quien llega buscando pausa como a quien llega buscando experiencia. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. Apartment access is through a digital lock, with a code enabled for the full reservation.

The building has a 24/7 front desk and security. Upon arrival, all guests must complete the building registration process and wear the wristband provided by the building throughout the stay. This is part of Torre 811’s security and access control rules.

Guests may also use the building pool during the established hours: from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The pool is currently open, but it does not yet have full furniture, as the building is still completing this common area.

Private parking is not included. The building has a drop-off bay that may be used depending on availability, and there are public parking lots about two blocks away for guests arriving by car.

We will be available during your stay to help with anything you may need, answer questions about the apartment, guide you through check-in, and provide basic information about the area. Communication will mainly take place through the booking platform or the authorized channel before arrival.

We respect each guest’s privacy, so we will not be present in the apartment during the stay. After check-in, we will follow up to confirm that you entered smoothly and that everything is in order.

We will also share important information about Wi-Fi, pool use, building rules, visitors, transportation recommendations, and check-out. Our goal is to make your stay clear, comfortable, and free of surprises.

Kambiri Signature Apartment is located in Torices, a mixed residential, local, and tourist area currently in development. It is a practical location for getting around Cartagena: about 10 minutes by car from Rafael Núñez Airport, 8 minutes by car to the Historic Center, and 5 minutes walking to Marbella Beach.

There is a supermarket on the first floor of the building. Nearby, you will find local restaurants, fast food options, pharmacies, tour offices, a Bancolombia ATM, and supermarkets such as ARA and D1 within a few blocks. The address is easy to find in apps as “Edificio Torre 811,” and requesting Uber, DiDi, InDrive, or a taxi is usually simple.

During the day, it is possible to walk to nearby places such as Marbella Beach or local shops. At night, since the area is less busy, we recommend using app-based transportation or taxis, waiting for your ride inside the building, and avoiding displaying valuable items on the street.

The area is currently in development and there are construction works around, so some daytime activity may be heard. We recommend this stay for guests who value design, views, connectivity, practical location, and good value over absolute daytime silence.

The apartment does not include private parking. The building bay is subject to availability, and there are public parking lots two blocks away. Visitors are allowed only with prior registration and an additional payment of $75,000 COP per person/visit through a payment link. Support pets are allowed with an additional fee of $60,000 COP.

The apartment is designed for resting, working remotely, quiet sharing, and enjoying Cartagena from a practical location. It is not suitable for parties, loud gatherings, sex tourism, or any activity that may affect safety, coexistence, or the building’s reputation.

Any violation of the house or building rules may result in additional charges, building fines, reservation cancellation, or a report to the platform. Penalties for rule violations may be up to $100 USD, without excluding additional charges for damages, building fines, or replacement costs.

House rules
1. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not allowed.
2. Sex tourism and illegal activities are not allowed inside the apartment or building.
3. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or in unauthorized building areas.
4. Keep noise at a moderate level at all times. Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
5. Please take care of furniture, linens, towels, décor, appliances, and utensils.
6. Do not remove towels, sheets, utensils, décor, or apartment items.
7. Do not move large furniture without authorization.
8. Turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, and appliances when leaving.
9. The sofa bed is for sofa use only; it is not offered as an additional bed.
10. Do not exceed the maximum capacity of 5 registered guests.
11. Visitors must be previously authorized, registered, and paid for.
12. Visitor fee: $75,000 COP per person/visit through a payment link.
13. Support pets are allowed with an additional fee of $60,000 COP.
14. Minors are not allowed to stay alone without their parents or formal authorization.
15. Any damage, loss, or misuse will be charged to the responsible guest.
16. Rule violations may result in penalties of up to $100 USD, reservation cancellation, or a report to the platform.

Building rules
1. All guests must register before entering.
2. The building may request identification from guests and visitors.
3. All guests must wear the building wristband throughout the stay.
4. Security cameras are located in the lobby, hallways, elevators, and common areas.
5. The pool is available from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
6. Drinks are not allowed in the pool area.
7. Diving into the pool is not allowed.
8. Children must always be supervised by an adult at the pool.
9. Noise in common areas must be kept moderate.
10. Any building fine caused by rule violations will be the guest’s responsibility.
11. The building bay is subject to availability and is not private parking.
12. Use of common areas is subject to building rules and administration availability.
