The Ridge Sierra also shares amenities with another nearby resort just a few minutes away, and there’s a convenient shuttle that can pick you up anytime. The indoor/outdoor pool was a lifesaver—it kept my kids entertained the whole time. They also offer activities for both kids and adults, which was a nice bonus. "The place was dusty and bugs and oldish. There was a Murphy bed in the living room it was broken. The restroom by the living room was dirty there was dried poop already on the toilet seat. Of course the storm beat us to SLT and we had to detour and stay at a different hotel for the first night. I understand they are not entitled to refund us or anything but no discount or empathy from the owner/manager. I would not want to rent from a third party to stay at heavenly seeing that they’re not kept...

"Myself and 7 other guests stayed in their 4 bed 4 bath condo and it was amazing. We were welcomed by the staff with excellent service. The unit was flawless and all my guests were satisfied with the experience. Everything brand new, ample parking, quiet environment. We will certainly stay here again. Chandler and Dylan were great throughout our stay!"
