"The staff and location were wonderful. The breakfast each morning was great. Yummy medialunas! The reviews about the street noise were 100% correct. I booked a lake-view room, thinking, "How bad could it be?" Pretty bad. I don't know if non-lakeview rooms could hear the noise. If not, I'd book here again. Even with the noise, I'd probably book here again because it really was such a great location. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Also, knowing that I could enjoy the lake view...

"The setting is glorious, nestled in the woods on a lake. The staff was friendly and eager to please. Understaffed in the restaurant. Had to wait quite a while each morning for breakfast items to be replenished. The poor employee was doing as much as she could on her own. No WiFi in the basement where the gym is, so couldn’t use my Peloton app to work out with the hotel’s gym equipment. It’s a classy hotel; I was surprised they didn’t have a booster so we could get WiFi down there. Kayaking...

"The hotel needed some updating, the bathroom was small and needed some renovations. The noise from the lift and other rooms where were noisy with slumming of doors which could have been remediated by putting rubber seal. It did disturbe sleeping."

"El personal es muy amable, nos ayudaron muchísimo con nuestro viaje, nos facilitaron la contratación de una renta de un coche, nos recomendaron algunos puntos turísticos. La propiedad no está cerca del centro pero si llevas coche o piensas rentar uno es una gran opción "

"Beautiful setting on the lake. It's all about that view. Room was spacious, clean and in great condition. So many good things to say. The only things that would make this a 10/10 is cushions for the chairs on our private terrace, cleaning the beach lounger cushions which were very stained and cleaning off the ash from the restaurant cushions. They were covered in ash from the fire. Also, people kept walking across the private terrace in front of our room! There needs to be better signage....
