"A basic 2 single bed room with basic amenities being a kitchenette and bathroom. No tea towel, no floor mat for bathroom. Guest must strip sheets off bed and sweep apartment. Bed average comfort and room is looking tired from age and no recent renovations. Self check in via a hotel phone so no staff present to assist with anything. Not situated in a very nice neighborhood but 7 min walk to train station is 2 stops to central station."

This also includes no where other than a chair back for coats to be out of it had been raining. There is a kitchen, but no towels or paper towels provided. "Great little apartment in a lovely neighborhood, only about a 15 minute walk into the city centre. It was well equipped with bathroom and kitchen essentials including, most importantly, coffee pods! There were large secure lockers to use for left luggage which was also a great bonus. Would happily return again."

"A whole host of issues with this property. Zero communication or feedback when I reached out to the host. I called Expedia who also could not reach the host. None of our problems were addressed. Mold on the walls, dirty couch that’s falling apart, Disgusting mattress covers with hairs and stains all over the pull out, Cable TV without a working remote, broken Dryer. The surrounding properties are falling apart and there are large pieces of trash sitting around like lawn decor. I would never...

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. We enjoyed cooking, sharing meals with the view, and spending time together in the Bergen area. There were a few details in the home that could have been better, but the owner was quick to respond to questions. I would recommend without reservation."
