"Long delay in registering. Over 3 hrs. No ice machine availability for guests. You have to carry an ice bag to office personal who works. To then go to basement to get 1/2 bag of ice for you. Then the Restaurant onsite. Claimed to be open 7a to 8p. NOT THE CASE. One evening, we had been sitting in hotel's back porch area off the Restaurant, enjoying the surroundings. "The front desk person was very kind and accommodating. He allowed us to check out a bit later so we could finish our hike. The room was quiet and clean. The location was within easy walking distance to the lovely Grand Lake downtown area."

A short drive to the town and national parks. But a great place to come back to rest each night! Basic continental breakfast included. "
