New Condo Available at Carpinteria Shores!

Carpinteria Shores is a beachfront condo complex located right on the world's safest beach. The first thing you'll want to do before you even unpack is to step out onto the private deck, soak in the views, and say to yourself; this is living! You walk out of the private building gate, and you are on the sand!

This charming, quiet third-floor, 2-bedroom, one-bath condo has gorgeous East facing views of the ocean, beach, and mountains and is conveniently close to the elevator and laundry room. Enjoy watching the sunrise and see clear to the Channel Islands on a clear day. Then, fall asleep each evening to the sounds of the ocean!

A large two-door stainless steel refrigerator provides ample storage in the kitchen, which also has a brand-new stainless dishwasher. The comfy living room with its welcoming beach decor provides a new recliner sofa and a reclining love seat. It has a flat-screen TV with cable and private wifi, so you have the fastest speeds available. The kitchen has a table and chairs looking out toward the beach and two stools for easy dining by the breakfast bar.

Each bedroom has a wall-mounted flat screen tv and an overhead fan. The master bedroom is equipped with a brand-new California King and luxurious white headboard. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and both rooms have mirrored closet doors and ample storage.

The bathroom has a large, mirrored medicine cabinet and a tub and shower.

There is gated parking, outdoor full and foot showers near a private gate to the beach, and an outdoor BBQ/entertainment area for your enjoyment. Luggage carts enable easy access to and from the condo.


There is gated parking with a reserved space for one car. No additional parking is available.

The maximum occupancy is 6. The condo only has beds for 4. You are welcome to bring your own air mattress/sleeping pads and linens if you have two additional people in your group.

Getting Here:
We are excited to announce Southwest Airlines has daily direct flights from Sacrament to Santa Barbara starting June 5th, 2022. You can Uber from the airport to Carpinteria. Once you are in Carpinteria a car is not needed. Almost everything you need is within walking distance and you can have your groceries delivered with popular delivery apps available online.

We loved the location! Great fun riding our Boogie Boards on the waves, playing Beach Volleyball and Horseback Riding on Summerland Beach! Our accommodations were comfortable and clean. Easy walk to restaurants and ice cream at Rori's. Highly recommend for a family beach vacation.

Beachfront condo

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenage boys) enjoyed this apartment a lot. The best part was being right on the beach. We'd look out the balcony, see when the sand courts were empty, then walk across and play 3 sets of beach volleyball (parents vs. kids), great memories! Leave the windows and balcony door open a crack and enjoy the cool ocean breeze at night.

Perfect stay on the beach

We so enjoyed our stay at Carpinteria Shores! Exactly as described in their listing. Peaceful spot, very walkable and safe. Enjoyed hearing the continuous ocean waves and the occasional train that would come into town. We caught beautiful sunsets everyday on the sand, and sunrises over the mountains at the balcony. Just a lovely location!

Little Gem

Lovely location close to bars, restaurants, shops and obviously the beach. Lovely play area for children close by. I would have given 5*’s but were it for a few minor details in the apartment which dropped it to 4*. Spencer I will happily tell you what privately, nothing major! Overall we had a lovely visit. Nice condo, great location, horrible staff

Check in was seamless. The condo was as advertised and very clean. The only issues that we had were with the grounds keepers. 1 day I went to retrieve something from my car and they were using a leaf blower and blew dirt all over me. Not aware or considerate. While we were checking out the grounds keepers was washing the concrete stairs?! I tried to hold my 3 year olds hand so she did not slip and in the process I slipped and fell down the entire staircase and dragged my daughter slightly behind me. No serious injuries, but we were both pretty banged up. I don't understand why a staircase needs to be cleaned with soap during checkout hours. We ran into another of the condo owners who told us they are also having issues with the grounds crew.

Everything you need and a perfect location!

My family of 5 stayed here for a short weekend getaway from Sacramento. We stayed for two nights and three days. The location is perfect. Right on the beach with a 3rd floor balcony overlooking the beach. Loved hearing the waves roll in at night and waking up for an early morning walk on the beach. Across the street from the unit are beach volleyball nets and table tennis. My teens had a great time utilizing them. In the morning we walked through the little town and had breakfast at Jacks which was so good! We stumbled upon the used bookstore next to the library and found some wonderful vintage book finds. (We are book lovers!) The unit is really great. Clean and fully stocked. The master bed was a dream. SO comfy! (I took a picture of the mattress tag and plan to purchase the same one.) I will definitely stay here again when we go back!

Fantastic location, great view

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is wonderful, the view is great, and the unit is well taken care of and overall very satisfactory for three adults. One of our party was a senior with limited mobility and the walk-in shower and the elevator were great for her. Very much recommended

You Cannot Go Wrong With This Choice. For Six (6) Weeks I Had the View of A King 24/7……Just Unbelievable and I Live in Carpinteria. I Have Traveled to Many Parts of the World and if I Had to Pick Just One Place to Live It Would Be Here. (You could hear the neighbors talking on their cellphone when sitting on the patio a few times) The Pounding of the Surf and the Access to the Beach is Seconds Away. Can You Tell? I Sort It f Love This Place!
