Beach life starts at The Getaway! This beautiful brand-new coastal home is the perfect spot for your next Carolina Beach vacation. Just steps from the sand and close to local dining, shopping, and attractions, it’s the ideal island escape. Enjoy plenty of parking, a bright open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space, plus two charming porches perfect for morning coffee or relaxing with the salty ocean breeze.



The Space:

Main living area has a Smart Streaming Tv, plenty of comfy seating and a ½ bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances plus you will have everything you need with dishes, pots/pans, toaster, drip coffee pot, etc. Enjoy meals together with seating for six at the dining table and additional seats at the kitchen island.  

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry. The primary suite with its large closet and king size bed boasts an ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, plenty of storage and custom shower. The second bedroom and third bedroom both have queen beds.



Other Things to Note:

We also supply the following for each property:

A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay
