Spectacular beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bath. Includes 3 queen beds. This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. Included are bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. All bedrooms have wall mounted smart TV'S! We provide a washer and dryer in the laundry room. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals.

We also do not allow pets or smoking.

Perfect stay for our last minute trip. Quiet location with a short walk to the beach accesses and boardwalk. Also short walk to a small store for any forgotten items or groceries. House was clean and host was responsive.

Best rentals at the beach!

We will always stay in the Mountain's homes when we travel to Carolina Beach! Hands down the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in ANYWHERE and the owners are so kind and thorough in their communication. Absolute 10 out of 10 and would rate higher if I could. Location cant be beat for the convenience of walking both to the beach and all the other places we want to go. You really could park your car at the house and walk pretty much the whole time you're there.

Perfect stay

The location was perfect. Just close enough to everything without it being loud outside. Very quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean, smelled very clean when you first walked in the door. Had everything we needed plus more in the kitchen. Definitely recommend if you want to be in walking distance to the local spots. Will stay again in the future. Thanks again.
