Historic Carolina Beach Cottage Across from Oceanfront & Screened Porch

This adorable cottage went from neglected to nurtured, and has turned into a little gem on the island. The beach access is right across the street (about 50 yards away). It has a coppertop roof, all new vinyl siding and a wraparound porch that is screened in, so you can people watch all day or enjoy relaxing on the 2 wicker couches.
The bedrooms boast a Queen bed each, plus a daybed. The walls in the living room have shiplap, the full size kitchen has floating shelves with subway tiles, and the baths have bead board, new vanities, and a full size washer dryer.
You have the whole lot to park cars, vans, boats, whatever. The Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar (the BEST restaurant/bar on a pier on the island) is right across the street. Thursday nights are always live music before the fireworks courtesy of the Town of Carolina Beach, and you can watch from the porch or view on the beach.

Lovely cozy beach cottage. We had 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 newborns and were all very comfortable. Excellent location right across from the beach. Really enjoyed the screen porch!

The house is cute and located within walking distance of the beach, restaurant and an ice cream shop. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The porch was awesome for relaxing. A good place to curl up with a book. We accidentally locked ourselves out and had to contact the host. She was very friendly and responsive. A lovely place to stay.

Great location

Great location, very close to the beach. Two good size bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great for all adult gatherings or two small families with young children. Sleeps 7 comfortably. So many things to do nearby. Very easy and quick communication with property management. Highly recommend!

Toddler’s first beach trip!

This was such a great place to stay for our child’s first beach trip. The house was perfect with great access to the beach and spacious screened porch. We appreciated having the wagon to carry our belongings to the beach. The homeowners were very supportive and communicative! We hope to return again!

Adorable Cottage

We loved this beach cottage. It looks even better than pictured online. The layout & furnishings maximize the space and make for a lovely getaway. And the porch is amazing. Highly recommend!

Small Boat Owner's Dream

One of few places on the island where you have AMPLE parking and can park your boat or RV. The outdoor shower is a great asset for summer sands. Great for a fun stay with 8 people. House is well stocked and the hosts are very responsive. I highly recommend!

Cutest Cottage

Such a cute little cottage across the street from our favorite spot (Tiki bar) in CB and many other things. Beach access close on either side of the property. Place was clean, well appointed, and reall had everything we needed. We loved hanging out on the screened porch at night listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean breezes.Hope we can visit again and again!

Fabulous Little Home

Amazing location for starters! This was an incredible cozy, clean place. The way the decor and layout of the place was set up makes the place feel like a home. We didnt want to leave! P.S. The AC units in this place are THE BEST!!! Kept us nice and cool during the super hot days we stayed.

Nice little place close to the beach access

Comfortable for a family of four or five, more if you must. Everything worked fine, but no local channels to watch weather that we could find and no carafe for the bigger coffee pot. Some dishes were put away dirty, but not a big deal. I would stay here again.

Amazing stay!!! The property is perfectly located and in a charming area of town! The greenway is close for running and biking! Host are quick on communicating! Tiki bar across the street has great drinks and fried shrimp. Granny’s kitchen has the best breakfast!

I happened to schedule this trip last minute for one night. It was a great location across the street from the beach and house was cute with everything you need. The host asked if i wanted an additional night since there wasn't another booking after me. They accommodated those arrangements very quickly, which worked out perfectly.

Another amazing stay in Carolina Beach!

We had such a great time Memorial Day Weekend. House is in the perfect location! Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Especially important when the weather isn’t great! Comfortable, clean and very cute home. This is our second stay and we will definitely be making this our place for family beach vacations! Easy check in and check out and great communication with host. We felt like we were home only at the beach!

Pleasant stay

The house was comfortable and pretty. I liked the closed in porch and two bathrooms. I would like more handicapped accessible amenities such as handrails on the steps or a small ramp on one set of steps.
