Cutest Cottage on the Beach- FREE WIFI and Laundry Included sleeps 5

Spectacular beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Includes 2 queen and 1 twin beds. This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. Included are all bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. We provide a washer and dryer. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a Max if 5 total.

We also do not allow pets or smoking.

Had a friend from AZ. The two of us stayed here at the CUTEST beach cottage around! It was PERFECT in all aspects!! Walking was favorable to so many places! Clean! Comfortable! Communication with the owner was seamless! Would definitely stay again!

Great spot!

Perfect location for us, older teens were able to walk to all the excitement of the boardwalk & beach, and we loved sitting on the porch at the end of the day watching volleyball at the court across the street!

I've been to CB in the past so I knew the location I wanted to stay in, and this house didn't disappoint. Easy walk to all the stops, boardwalk, bars and restaurants. But the owners were amazing with communication, helpful and offered little extras. I will definitely be using them for my future trips.

10 out of 10 definitely recommend

We stayed a block from the board walk. The house is the perfect size for two people but had room for a family or two couples. Conveniently located. Walking distance to anything you may want or need. Very comfortable. Owners were very informative and offer a quieter place for beach access which is a hidden gem of a benefit. The washer and dryer are great and work VERY well. Make sure you pack some pantry items if you plan to cook. Not complaining just informing. Also if you need a cutting board bring one. Everything else you need is there. Great place and great owners. I’m definitely rebooking for next year with these folks.

Quick weekend

The location of the Pink house is perfect! The Boardwalk is just a block away, there is no reason to get in the car. The house was comfortable and cozy. We did take the car for a North End beach day, so relaxing!
