"I waited 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone attended. I got to my room and took a shower. The shower drain was blocked causing the water to run out of the shower, into the bathroom and on to the bedroom. It was a mess. I had to use the towels to dam the water flow. Then my door wouldn’t lock. When I closed the door it could be opened by pushing g the door. I requested a room change but the desk clerk was reluctant to so to do. Eventually he relented and I moved to a more secure room.

"I think this is a refurbished hostel. I could be wrong but it gives me hostel type of vibes. Just walking up the steps squeaking hostel hostel. However the room was quite clean. Staff was welcoming. What's up with the heating? That nor the AC didn't seem to work. Where is the sound proofing? Honestly, the location is awesome, like very awesome but that alone should not drive the price."

"The property was disappointing. The room was small without much storage. The hair dryer was not functional. The room did not have Kleenex, the hair dryer did not work,. The room did not have a 110v or 220v US plug, the front desk did not have an adapter. Some of the front desk staff did not speak English. There was no tourist information. Definitely not a good hotel for those who did not speak French."

"Hotel catastrophique, ne pas se fier aux 3 étoiles.
Chambre double minuscule, à peine la possibilité de faire le tour du lit sans se faire mal.
Lavabo large comme une main...pas de cafetière ni de frigo ... rien.
Aucune isolation, et non respect de la tranquillité des clients jusqu'au checkout.
Avec mon conjoint, nous voyageons beaucoup, cet hotel de style "formule1", ne vaut vraiment pas ce prix.
Mettez votre argent ailleurs."

"Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly.
The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable.
