"I did not receive my check-in information until a few hours before check-in time and after emailing the hotel. This was quite disconcerting. The fact that it is a self check-in process was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were too soft for my liking. The only toiletries in the bathroom were 6 or 8 small bottles of shampoo and a bottle of hand wash. Some shower gel would have been nice. Overall a good stay. It was lovely lying listening to the water when we opened the...

"We love the station hotel its are go to in december the staff are amazing the hotel is clean but the actual room we were in the shower water did not empty this needs sorted asap and the lighting was not great couldnt see to put makeup on perhaps better mirrors
