The hotel was amazing and quiet. The swimming pool is in the spa and the spa desk staff were very rude when we showed up. We only used the spa (hot tub) and get there more than an hour before close, only stayed like 20 min. The spa desk lady was rude with us upon arrival and seemed like she didn't ...

Superb unique castle hotel in Cong which is a short walk. Highlight was without question the boat trip on Cong lake which is truly magical.

Lovely friendly hosts. Very clean but bedding smelt a bit musty. Heating went off in the middle of the night so in November the room got cold very quickly, luckily the hosts had left in a small plug in heater which was great. Lots of hot water. Kitchenette area within room was a great asset.
