The major drawback was that, for some reason, there was a high percentage of homeless people in the area which was a concern. I understand the facility has limited control over this, but at times I was concerned over my personal safety. Thank you."

"Was on 3rd floor Very loud room above until late and early in the morning. Loud jumping. Pounding Had important cross country trip had to stop hour later due to zero sleep. Asked staff for help None. I will never go to a Holiday inn again paper thin walls and ceilings very poor construction Paid almost $200 for room and zero sleep. Lesson learned. Lots of kids above me no supervision. Worst stay ever had in 30 years of traveling. I usually do no leave reviews. Terrible"

"ARRIVED at 2:45. Ok we were 15 early. Room wasn’t ready at 3. Not at 3:15. Not at 3:30. Almost ready at 3:45. We were tired! Almost just canceled and went next door to see if they had room. NO FOOD unless you figure an apple and a cup coffee was food. NOT ENOUGH TOILET PAPER. FELT LIKE THE KING BED HAD QUEEN SHEETS. IN OTHER WORDS…we will NOT be back. "
