Please see our strict house rules in place to keep the highest quality stay for all of our guests.

~House Rules
•Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 8 PM
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, & heater.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No wearing shoes inside the house. A $500 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to deep clean the floors.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1500 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air, clean carpets, and scrub walls.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
•Checkin time is 4 PM - 12 AM (fees will apply after 10 PM)
•Checkout time is 10 AM.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, internet, lamps, TV streaming sticks, security cams, etc.
•No Pets
•No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces.

Fee Schedule:
• Shipping for items left behind is $30 for handling, in addition to USPS packaging & postage costs
• Early check-in and late checkout requests: $40 each
• Special requests: $40 in addition to associated material/service costs
• Luggage dropoff/storage: $15

These rules enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests.

Property Disclosures:
We have four, actively recording cameras overlooking the front entrance (one in driveway for packages, one at front door), frontyard patio, and area near garage, which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the hallway which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way, shape, or form point inside the house, to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.

The entire home and yard is for your use.

Even better than the pictures!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend in Carmel and absolutely loved this house. It was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures show. We loved how much natural light the house got, all the options for relaxing outside, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances, and easy to cook in as a group. Additionally, the house is in a safe neighborhood and just a short driving distance to hikes and downtown Carmel. The hosts were also fantastic to communicate with throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend staying here for a friends or family weekend getaway.

Perfect for a small group

Great location a short distance to Carmel, and easy access to the PCH. We enjoyed having the nice common space (you can actually see the Pacific Ocean from a couple seats at the dining table) and the bedrooms and bathrooms were well equipped.Neighborhood is also quiet. Would stay here again if we are in the area.
