"This is such a lovely quiet boutique hotel. The thing that stands out most is it’s absolutely the most spotlessly clean place I’ve ever been in they go out of their way to keep it beautiful. Although there is no restaurant or food service so to speak they always have a good coffee and some little cookie snacks available and you can enjoy it out on the terrace with lovely flowers around. "We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom.
The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful.
In line with other reviews, there is a restaurant below and there was some noise from that. It bothered us sometimes more than others.

"Staff support was definitely lacking. No one helped with our bags. I had to ask housekeeping to empty our trash. The air conditioning was really loud (so loud we couldn’t sleep. They never sent anyone to fix it. There was no drinking water available until noon when the cafe opened.
Nice rooms and great location, but way too expensive for the service."

"perfect location for the hotel and bungalows- right by the beach, and 5 minute walk from the near bye DOR mature reserve (with plenty of walking paths, hidden coves, views and archeological finds).
We stayed one night- went for a long afternoon and evening walk along the beach and coves. Early morning walk and hike and swim along the beaches, then when it got hot, went to the extensive breakfast spread (served until 11:00 on a weekday).
We got a free upgrade from regular bungalow to premium...
