"Parking was very easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room temp. was perfect. Room was in excdllent condition and very elean Bed was quite comfortable. TY remote worked but is confusing to operate, but that was the TV and it's remote, not Econo Lodge."

"I have stayed here a number of three times prior to operations at Northwell Hospital, it’s in a great location wonderful amenities, everyone is so kind. I love Ashley and Jaden at the front desk, Ken who not only does maintenance, but just has a smile on his face. Every time I show up is pure gold., it’s a wonderful hotel to stay at! "There wasn’t any variety in breakfast menu from day to day, the same selections every day. There was only one elevator functioning, the second one was out of order, we had to wait a long time to get on especially during breakfast time. The water in the shower did not drain properly. I had to request extra sheets for the pull out sofa and they asked me to come down and get it. I requested for the room to be cleaned and they didn’t clean it."

"This place appeared great; however, there were several disappointments. The room was large but there was no comfortable seating. There was only a very uncomfortable sofa with ample room for a chair. As a reader, I always look for that. When I booked it, rooms appeared to have chairs. When I queried the staff, they told me that they were removing the chairs - however, other open rooms had chairs!! It has a kitchen with utensils but no table to dine. In addition, the wine bar was not open most...

"Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine. Door had gaps (up to 1/2") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. The thermostat on the heater did not shut it off. The floor transition strip to the hot tub area was a trip hazard, and they had to replace the hair dryer. On the 3rd day of our 4 night stay,...
