"The facility is gorgeous and the staff AMAZING"

"We arrived very late (11:30pm) after a 2 hour flight delay from London. We had a nice welcome from Claude and our room was very spacious, clean and with all the necessary extras. The bed was a great size and really comfortable just what we needed after a really long day. The entrance interior is lovely with great artwork from the 7 famous Canadian artists. We just wish we could have stayed longer but our grandchildren were waiting! Thank you UCoT keep up the great work and we will be back."

"Perfect stay in a great Old Town Toronto location. I was in town for a concert at Scotiabank Arena, and this hotel was within walking distance, which made it even better. The room had a cute boutique feel and was more spacious than I expected, with the bedroom separated from the living room area. It also had a full kitchen with a full refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, oven, and microwave, plus an in-room washer and dryer with laundry soap provided. That setup made the stay feel extra comfortable...

"Fabulous hotel. We loved our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. We did notice there were little things here and there in the room that showed it wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Smudges on glass surfaces on the desk and other areas that showed they had not been wiped down in a while. A large noticeable spill stain on the the bureau that was there for our whole stay since check in, telling us it was probably there before and will be there after us. "Our room was long and narrow, but had a number of windows which meant many different views of the downtown - lovely to look out on with a cup of tea. Great bed, and loved the Byredo bathroom amenities. Also top-notch, friendly, and professional staff."
