"Great value in an excellent location. If your on a budget, its hard to beat the value in Carlsbad. Yes, if your a light sleeper, the street noise can be a deterrent. But you can bring ear plugs. Very walkable too many options. Staff pleasant & professional, rooms clean, updated & comfortable. Good cable tv options. Yes the walls are thin, but your not at the Marriott. I've stayed many times & will stay again in the future. "

"Got our first room and TV didn’t work properly. Was moved into another room which was nice. Room is basic. Kitchen does not have any dishware. For an Extended Stay you think it would have basic dishware. Maybe you need to request it? Either way, it’s inconvenient. Included breakfast was not much of a breakfast. They don’t even have a dining area. Some packaged things to grab and go back to your room. I wouldn’t exactly call it breakfast. We went and got donuts down the street. Nice thing about...

"We brought out grandkids on a trip to CA. This was a great place to stay, easy access to the beach and Legoland. The facilities were great! The only thing we had a problem with was that the room was only cleaned the day before we left."

"Fantastic find in Escondido. I was looking for a reasonably priced room for a concert close by and found this motel. I am so glad I did. It was clean, safe and affordable - and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay again. It exceeded my expectations for sure. "

"The room itself was spacious and clean. Check in is at the lobby and the rooms you need drive to the rooms which was fine. But there was construction going on so I had to go a longer way to my room and there are no elevators or ramps and my luaggge was really heavy and they placed me on the second floor and didn’t ask me if I had any accommodation issues with going up stairs prior "

"My stay was great. The only thing that I would have to complain about is the floor felt grimy. As if they mopped the floor with the same mop every single time without cleaning it. However, other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. I just wore my house shoes the whole time. They were very accommodating and very polite. "We stay at motels/hotels often, and this one has some above average qualities. First, they offer daily room service - new towels, etc. In addition, there is an attendant in the breakfast room who gives personalized service - making the waffles for clientele, etc. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are modern and tasteful."

"I liked little balcony a lot! Each floor had water fountain. Rooms had cookies and chips! Air conditioning was on remote control — This was an awesome feature! Bed was very comfortable! I felt like they really wanted to make you feel at home here. Even though this hotel is a little out of the way for me, I think I will stay here again when I am in the area, even though it’s a little farther away. "

"While it is very nice and quite safe, it's not easy to get to the room nor leave it. From the parking garage, you have to get a cart. From the elevator, it was a long walk (for me) to the room, and then I had to return the cart to the elevator area. To leave, I had to go down to the garage level, get a cart, and bring it up to my room."
